What we do
Five parts. Most clients take all of them; any one of them works on its own.
Everything that has to exist before episode one.
Your production-quality pillar.
One upload, every platform.
The clips that bring people to the episode.
Distance stops being the reason you cannot book someone.
How it works
You always know what is happening now and what comes next.
What the show is for, who it is for, and what you want it to do. One conversation, no charge.
Name, artwork, music, format, hosting and feed. You approve before anything is recorded.
In the studio, remote, or both. Our room, our crew, your conversation.
Everywhere people listen, plus the clips that bring them there.
The studio
Multi-camera, treated for sound, lit so it looks like television rather than a webcam. Overland Park.

Questions
Straight answers. Where the honest answer depends on the show, we say so.
Most shows sit between $1,000 and $5,000 a month, depending on how often you publish and how much repurposing you want. Real Media’s work comes in five parts, and any one of them works on its own. We will tell you where you land on the first call, one conversation at no charge.
Four to six weeks from the first call: a fortnight to build the show (name, artwork, music, format, hosting and feed, which you approve before anything is recorded), then recording and the first edit, in Real Media’s Overland Park studio, remotely, or both.
No. Remote guests and remote hosts both work, and many shows mix the two in one episode. Real Media’s studio in Overland Park is multi-camera and treated for sound, and remote guests are captured at studio quality with virtual direction during the session.
Yes. Your show, your feed, your episodes. If you ever leave, the feed goes with you. Real Media sets up the hosting and RSS feed and publishes each episode to Apple, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon and iHeart, but it is your feed from the first episode.
Both. Real Media records video podcast production in its Overland Park studio on multiple cameras, treated for sound and lit so it looks like television rather than a webcam. Video editing, show notes and quality control come with every episode, plus vertical clips for YouTube, TikTok, Reels and LinkedIn.
Turn up and have the conversation. Everything before and after it is Real Media’s job: show concept, naming, artwork and music before episode one, then recording, editing, show notes, publishing and clips after each session, in the Overland Park studio or remotely.
Every two weeks suits most shows. Weekly works if you can protect the time; monthly tends to lose momentum between episodes. Real Media will tell you honestly which one your calendar can carry. Short clips cut from each episode keep bringing people to the show between releases.
Yes. Shorts production works on a back catalogue as well as on new episodes. Real Media selects clips from the full episode and cuts vertical versions for YouTube, TikTok, Reels and LinkedIn, as part of a repurposing plan rather than one-off posts.
Most clients have not. The first conversation is about what the show is for, not about microphones. Real Media then builds the show with you, from name, artwork, music and format to hosting and the feed, and you approve it before anything is recorded.
